More berries are ripening every day. The honor system is back this year. The gates are open so come and help yourself. Please use the scale and dropbox by the fence. There are buckets for you to use. Just grab a liner from the gray bucket under the table. Keep the liner but please leave

We have the rabbiteye type of blueberries at Long Shot Farms. We also have some bushes of the southern highbush variety. The southern highbush variety will become ripe much sooner than the rabbiteye variety. However most farms produce the rabbiteye variety in Georgia. This type is indiginous to Georgia and is much easier to grow. It
TODAY IS THE DAY. We will be open daily as long as there are blueberries to pick. We are on the honor system again. Please take your bucket and liner and pick our berries. Take your liner, but please leave your bucket as we want everyone to have a chance at picking when they arrive.
It’s sad to say, but our blueberry picking season is officially over. We had such a great crop this year. Hopefully you preserved or froze some of the blueberries you picked and can enjoy them throughout the year.
